No clear owner
The system is live, but nobody owns maintenance, support, monitoring, and improvement.
Software maintenance and support
FRAI keeps custom business software monitored, updated, documented, backed up, secure, and improving after launch.
Eligibility
Software built, rebuilt, or stabilized by FRAI
Best fit
SMEs with custom software, portals, CRM workflows, ecommerce flows, dashboards, or internal tools
Service model
Monthly maintenance, monitoring, support, fixes, documentation, backups, and planned improvements
The first version is not usually the problem. The problem comes later: dependencies change, integrations break, users find edge cases, and ownership becomes unclear.
The system is live, but nobody owns maintenance, support, monitoring, and improvement.
Libraries, APIs, hosting, forms, automations, permissions, and backups drift over time.
The software keeps the old process alive while teams, customers, and operations move on.
FRAI treats maintenance as operational responsibility, not occasional bug fixing. The plan is built around continuity, support, and controlled improvement.
Uptime checks, error monitoring, logs, alerts, triage, and recovery paths.
Dependency updates, bug fixes, UX corrections, workflow refinements, and monthly improvements.
Backup checks, restore planning, data protection routines, and recovery documentation.
Support for staff questions, access issues, workflow problems, admin tasks, and controlled changes.
System notes, process documentation, credential control, integration maps, and recorded decisions.
Access reviews, basic hardening, audit-ready controls, dependency hygiene, SSL checks, and reliability fixes.
For companies with software already in production, or about to launch a system that needs a clear technical owner.
Custom business software and internal tools
CRM, sales, customer support, and reporting workflows
Ecommerce operations, booking flows, portals, and dashboards
Web applications, forms, automations, and integrations
AI, WhatsApp, or chatbot systems that need ongoing supervision
Systems rebuilt or stabilized by FRAI before maintenance
FRAI does not offer generic maintenance for software built by third parties. We maintain software we build, or software we first rebuild, migrate, or stabilize into a system we can responsibly operate. If the existing system is not under FRAI control, the first step is a rebuild or stabilization project, not a maintenance contract.
