Project Brief Data Notice
How FRAI uses information submitted through the guided project brief.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
The website's guided brief is a structured contact form, not an AI chat assistant. It helps you describe a software need and choose how FRAI should reply.
When you submit it, FRAI receives the information shown in the form, including your project context and the contact details you choose to provide. The information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry and, if requested, prepare a possible engagement.
Limited progress information is kept in session storage while the brief is unfinished. It is removed after a successful submission or reset and normally disappears when the browser session ends.
Do not include passwords, credentials, payment-card information, sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information. Further details, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
