How FRAI approaches AI in its website and professional software services.

The website's project brief is a conventional structured form. It does not use an AI assistant to generate replies, and FRAI does not use website data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Professional Services
FRAI builds and operates custom software. AI and automation may be included when they provide a justified benefit and are expressly part of the agreed scope.
Where AI processes client or end-user data, the project documentation should define its purpose, data flows, providers, safeguards, human oversight and relevant limitations. AI output should not be treated as verified professional judgment without appropriate review.
