AI and Automation Transparency Statement

How FRAI uses AI and automation across its website and services.

AI-Powered Chat Assistant

Our website’s chat widget is an AI-driven virtual assistant. It uses machine learning models to understand your questions and provide answers or guidance. While we have trained and configured this AI to be as helpful and accurate as possible, it may occasionally make mistakes or not fully understand complex context. We encourage you to verify important information from the chat’s responses or reach out to a human FRAI team member for critical or detailed matters. The AI assistant is continuously learning and we monitor its performance, but it does not have human judgment. If you encounter any response that seems off or unclear, please let us know – your feedback helps us improve the AI.

AI in Our Services

Beyond the chat, FRAI’s core business involves AI and automation solutions. When we say we use AI, we mean that some tasks are performed by algorithms or automated systems. For example, we might use AI tools internally to analyze certain data or to automate repetitive IT tasks. We ensure that this usage is ethical and aim to maintain human oversight especially in decisions that matter. If you become a client, we will, of course, detail in our contract how and where AI is used in delivering our services to you.

Our Commitment

Transparency is a core value for us. We disclose our AI usage in compliance with emerging guidelines and regulations. We want you to feel comfortable and informed when using our site.

We take accountability for our AI’s outputs. That means if the chatbot provides an answer, and you decide to follow up based on it, you can always contact our team to confirm or clarify. We won’t hide behind “the computer said it.” We stand by our service and will make things right if any AI-generated content causes confusion.

We use AI to enhance efficiency and response times – for instance, the chatbot can instantly answer common questions or capture your needs at any hour. But AI is not a replacement for human contact at FRAI. You can always reach a human (via email or phone) if you prefer, and we recommend doing so for complex projects or issues.

We do not use AI to make any legally significant decisions about users without human review. The AI in the chat is only for conversational assistance.

Why We Use AI

It helps us provide faster initial responses and support more visitors simultaneously. Many customers find it convenient for quick questions. AI also helps us operate efficiently as a tech-forward company, reflecting the automation solutions we offer. We believe in using our own tools (AI) to improve customer experience, but always in a way that respects your rights and expectations.

Feedback and Improvement

We welcome your feedback on our AI assistant. If it ever provides an answer that is unhelpful or incorrect, or if you have concerns about its behavior, please contact us at support@frai.es. We are continuously fine-tuning the AI. In fact, part of the reason we review chat logs (as mentioned in the Privacy Policy and Chat Consent Notice) is to ensure the AI is behaving and to correct any issues. Your interactions may indirectly help us improve the AI model, but rest assured, they are handled according to our privacy commitments.

No Hidden Automation

Aside from the chatbot and internal tools, there are no other hidden AI elements interacting with users on our website. If we introduce new AI-driven features (for example, an automated quote generator or an AI content recommendation system on a blog), we will update this disclosure accordingly so you always know what’s automated.

In Summary

Whenever you see a response on our site that seems automated – it likely is, and we want you to be aware of it. FRAI uses AI as a helpful assistant, but humans are in the loop. Transparency about this is part of our dedication to trustworthy AI. We appreciate that you’ve taken the time to read this notice, and we hope it assures you that we’re using technology responsibly.
