AI-Powered Chat Assistant
Our website chat widget is an AI-assisted virtual assistant. It can answer common questions, capture project context, and help route enquiries. It may make mistakes or miss context, so important information should be confirmed with a human FRAI team member.
AI in Our Services
FRAI's core offer is managed custom software. AI, automation, integrations, and analytics are capabilities we may include when they solve a real business problem.
If AI is part of a client system, the contract or project scope should define where it is used, what data it processes, what human oversight exists, and what limitations apply.
Our Commitments
- We do not present AI outputs as human judgment.
- We do not use AI to make legally significant decisions about website visitors without human review.
- We aim to keep AI features explainable, useful, and proportionate to the business case.
- We keep humans involved for complex projects, support issues, and commercial decisions.
No Hidden Automation
Aside from the chatbot and agreed internal tools, we do not use hidden AI systems to interact with website visitors. If we introduce new AI-driven features, we will update this disclosure.
