Results-First Guarantee Policy

How FRAI’s performance guarantee works, and how we make sure it’s fair for everyone.

Our Promise

We believe in earning your trust — and your results. When you choose FRAI, you’re not just getting automation and AI expertise — you’re getting a commitment that we’ll deliver on agreed-upon outcomes. If we don’t hit those outcomes, we make it right.

How It Works

Before we start, we define 2–4 measurable KPIs with you, tied directly to your business goals.

We agree on what “success” looks like, when it will be measured, and how results will be verified.

You choose a review period that fits your project: 30, 60, or 90 days from the “go-live” date.

At the end of that period, we review the KPIs together.

If the KPIs are met — great, we celebrate.

If the KPIs are not met, you choose:

  • Revision — we extend the project to make changes at no extra cost.
  • Refund — we return 100% of what you’ve paid for that project.

Your Part in the Guarantee

Our guarantee only works if both sides play fair. To be eligible, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to data, systems, and people needed for the project.
  • Avoid major scope changes mid-project (we can do those — but they’ll be treated as new work).
  • Use the automation as agreed and not disable or bypass it during the review period.
  • Participate in scheduled check-ins and reviews so we can fix issues quickly.

What’s Not Covered

We want to be upfront about situations where the guarantee can’t apply:

  • KPIs change after the project starts.
  • Delays are caused by missing access, unavailable stakeholders, or outside dependencies.
  • External factors beyond FRAI’s control prevent the automation from running (e.g., 3rd-party system outages).
  • You decide to stop using the automation before the review period ends.

The Refund Process

If you choose the refund option:

  • We’ll confirm in writing that the KPIs were not met.
  • We process refunds within 10 business days via your original payment method.
  • Once refunded, the project is considered complete and any delivered assets are no longer licensed for your use (unless we agree otherwise in writing).
