Managed Software Service Commitments
How FRAI scopes, operates, supports, and improves managed custom software.
Our Commitment
FRAI builds and operates custom business software as a managed service. The commitment is not unlimited development. It is clear scope, secure operation, practical support, and continuous improvement under a defined monthly model.
What We Define Before Work Starts
- The business process the software must support.
- The initial build scope and acceptance criteria.
- The hosting, monitoring, backup, and support responsibilities.
- The monthly improvement capacity included in the plan.
- The controls and documentation needed to support ISO-ready operation.
What Is Included
Depending on the agreed scope, FRAI can provide development, hosting, monitoring, backups, logging, access control, deployment discipline, technical documentation, change history, maintenance, support, integrations, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled features.
What Is Not Unlimited
A predictable monthly fee does not mean unlimited new software. New modules, major scope changes, unusual infrastructure needs, third-party costs, urgent out-of-hours work, and work outside the agreed roadmap may require a separate estimate or a plan change.
Compliance Boundary
FRAI is not ISO certified and does not certify your company. We provide technical controls and audit-friendly evidence for the systems we manage, including access control, documentation, logs, backups, monitoring, recovery planning, and change history.
ISO certification depends on your company scope, policies, people, suppliers, risk management, internal audits, leadership responsibilities, and certification body.
Exit and Ownership
Exit terms, code access, data export, documentation handover, and transition support should be defined in the contract for each engagement. This protects both the client and FRAI from unclear ownership or support expectations.
