Terms of Use
Conditions governing access to and use of the FRAI website.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Provider and Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of frai.es and its localized pages. FRAI is the commercial name used by the provider identified in the Legal Notice.
These Terms apply to the public website only. Software projects, maintenance, hosting, support and other professional services are governed by the proposal, order, statement of work or agreement accepted for the relevant engagement.
2. Permitted Use
You may browse the website and use its public content for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the website, its infrastructure or other users;
- attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or circumvent security controls;
- use automated systems in a way that degrades the service or disregards published technical restrictions;
- submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material; or
- reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization.
3. Enquiries and Project Briefs
The project brief and contact channels allow prospective clients to describe a business or software need. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance or oblige either party to proceed. Information supplied must be accurate, lawful and shared by a person authorized to provide it.
Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card details, special-category personal data or confidential third-party information unless FRAI has expressly requested it through an appropriate secure channel.
4. Website Content
FRAI aims to provide useful and current information, but website content is general and may not address a particular technical, commercial or legal situation. Examples, estimates, results and case studies depend on their stated context and do not guarantee an identical outcome.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. FRAI or its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Availability and External Services
The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, FRAI is not liable for indirect loss resulting solely from use of the public website, reliance on general website information or the operation of third-party websites. Liability arising from paid professional services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services or applicable rules. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Courts and jurisdiction will be determined by mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules; these Terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hi@frai.es.
